Every piece is handmade to order by me, once you have placed your order.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the making and dispatch of your purchase.
Shipping
I ship worldwide. Each order is sent with a tracked service. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with the tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.
I'm not responsible for any delays of packages once sent, or parcels that may get lost in the post office.

UK purchases procedure:
Due to the latest governmental decisions taken by the United Kingdom, transactions made from the UK are subject to the same regulations as those applied to non-EU countries.
Taxes are at your charge.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are not accepted and refunds will not be issued as all pieces are handmade to order to you specific measurements.
In case of faulty merchandise, you have 7 days after receiving your order to raise the problem. The case will be analyse with pictures and an exchange might be accepted under certain circumstances, in which case, the return cost will be paid by the customer.
